Refunds Policy

Wasimah refund policy lasts 7 days for domestic orders, from the date of purchase, and 14 days for international orders, from the date of purchase. If 7 days have elapsed since the purchase date of a domestic order, we cannot offer a refund nor an exchange unless the item/s is faulty. If 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date of an international order, we cannot offer a refund nor an exchange unless the item/s is faulty. Any shipping costs to return/exchange/refund an item will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It also must be in the original packaging, with labels still attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any Hijabs, Niqabs or Under-Caps cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it is faulty.

To complete your return, we require you to contact Wasimah immediately at info@wasimah.com.au, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Wasimah error. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you have not received a refund yet, follow these steps:  

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. If there is no change, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

  3. If there is still no change, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Sale Items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
Wasimah does not offer exchanges based on a change of mind. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wasimah.com.au and we will resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
